  • I have a HRM so I just make a new exercise for each workout.
  • I guess you could say I'm maintaining? I just never really lost. I stay at around 145-149 ish always. I'm 5'5.
  • You did it once so you can definitely do it again!!
  • Anyone feel free to add me. I have my calories set at 1730. I usually eat closer to 1900 on days that I work out. I try to log consistently, but I only like to log things that I make/bring from home that I can accurately weigh & measure. If I'm out to eat or at someone else's house, I don't log. I don't like estimating.
  • I don't focus on eating back or not eating back a certain amount. If I'm hungry and I have calories left, I eat.
  • I've always had good luck with Adidas Kanadia. Definitely go to a running store and get fitted. Everyone is different so what's good for other people won't necessarily be a good fit for you.
  • I love T25. I completed it last year, and decided to do it again this year. I haven't seen great results, mainly because my eating isn't right on track. But I love the workouts and do it everyday. It's the only one of these programs that I've actually completed.
  • I was paying $24.99 a month for my Anytime Fitness membership. I recently cancelled it though because I started working out at home and it's getting nicer out so I'll be able to go outside for runs and bike rides. $77 a month seems like a ridiculous price, I would never pay that, even if I could afford it!
  • I love my Polar FT60. I used to have the FT4 and had those same issues after about a year. Since I've gotten the new one, about a year and a half ago, I store the sensor & watch separately and keep up with regular cleaning of the strap and now I haven't had any problems with it.
  • He's 94, let him enjoy life and relax. Enjoy every second you have with him.
  • I'm on the "I just want to enjoy my life so I'm going to eat healthy when I can, eat what I want other times and stay active" diet. It's all about balance, folks.
  • They are just fighting violence with even more violence. How do they think that will solve anything? They're acting like complete animals.
  • I try to log regularly, feel free to add me anyone.
  • Hi, welcome! Congratulations on your wedding! I will add you, I could always use new friends to stay motivated
  • I'm pretty sure I'll never have a thigh gap. I've just always had bigger thighs, even when I was really skinny in high school. Genetics are just not on my side for that. Don't really care either.
  • Well, I don't use PB2 because I hate peanut butter and anything with nuts basically. But I do make smoothies for breakfast everyday. This week I'm doing frozen blueberries, a frozen banana, big handful of spinach and tbsp of chia seeds, then however much water is needed so that it blends easily. It keeps me full for a few…
  • I so wish I could ride my bike to work. It's 20 miles each way with a highway in between. There's not really a good way to get there on a bike.
  • I would buy a house so my husband and I can start a family finally. Not anything huge or fancy, just enough space for us. I'd give some to our families for whatever they wanted or needed to do. Then I would pay off whatever debt we have, credit cards, school loans, car loans, etc.
  • I saw the release video for it yesterday, it looks good. I'd be interested in giving it a try.
  • For my husband and I, I do the majority of our grocery shopping every other week and spend about $130-$140 each time. I might go out once or twice in between for something important that we run out of but usually I try and hold off until shopping night.
  • For pasta, definitely weigh before cooking since it soaks up all the water.
  • Thanks for the suggestions. As of right now, I plan on this being just recreational, my hubby and I enjoy going for a nice bike ride when we have the time. But we have this charity ride coming up so we'll need to get out more and train for it, right now the most I've ever ridden was 33 miles. I doubt we'll ever get into…
  • Which cycling computer do you have? We just don't know what we want to get so we're pretty open to anything! Wow 170 miles, that's awesome, good for you!!! And here I am worrying a little about 45!
  • MMM I love a good pork chop for dinner. I bake mine with seasoned bread crumbs, some parmesan cheese and a bunch of spices. Delicious!
  • I'm on Week 7. I completed the program once before though, I can't remember my results. I just knew that I loved it and enjoyed it so much that I wanted to do it again.

  • I can totally understand all of you. I look in the mirror some days and don't like what I see at all, and get so down on myself for not getting to that specific number in my head. But then I try and make myself remember all that I've accomplished and that the number doesn't matter. I am healthy, live a healthy lifestyle,…

  • I rotate all of my smoothie recipes each week. So my recipe this week is a frozen banana, some frozen mixed fruit (strawberries, mango, peach, pineapple), a handful of spinach and a tbsp of chia seeds. Then just enough water so that it blends, usually ends up being around 2 cups.
  • Oh let's see... tummy, love handles, thighs. Why is it so hard for us to love who we are?
  • MMMM love plain Cheerios. The Apple Cinnamon ones are pretty good too. Hubby loves the Honey Nut. I'm sure it also helps us to love Cheerios because we live in Buffalo, where Cheerios are made. Our city smells like Cheerios :-)
