My calories are set at my BMR. If I'm still hungry at night after exercise, then I eat. I don't make it a point to eat or not eat my exercise calories.

I do medical billing at a Psychiatric office. Thanks to all you firefighters.. my husband is a volunteer firefighter as well as my dad, father in law and grandfather. I have nothing but respect to you!!

I just finished my 1st week of it. This is my second time, I completed it last year but don't remember the results that I got. But, of all of the programs that I've tried, this is the one that I love.

Same here!! I hate heels. I pretty much live in sneakers or flats. If I have to wear heels, it's a big deal for me to not trip and fall.

To get my calorie burn, I wear my HRM and just make a new exercise for whichever workout I did that day.

I'm not paying for each paper towel I use, I'll use a lot. I hate using the washcloths they put out. It's gross to touch it when it's all wet from someone else wiping off their sweaty equipment. Yuck, I'd rather use a huge wad of paper towels.

My go to smoothie is frozen strawberries, a banana, a tsp of vanilla, chia seeds and some water. This week I've been doing a banana with some frozen mango & fresh spinach. My smoothies are always just fruits/ veggies, water & chia seeds.

I pay $24.99 a month for my membership. It's a 24 hour gym, which I like because it's always open on holidays when other's are usually closed. It's always very clean and plenty of equipment to use.

I'm in Lockport, NY just north of Buffalo and it's about $2.77 a gallon. I wish it was cheaper because between my husband and I, we drive at least 60 miles a day just to and from our jobs. But it's a lot cheaper than it was in the past so I'll take it!

Last night for dinner I made some chicken breast with a balsamic/basil puree and diced tomatoes & onions on top. Had the chicken over some brown rice then put a little feta on top. Delicious!! I made a few extra chicken breasts so my husband and I could have some for lunch at work.

I tried it for a few days but didn't like the eating plan. For my calorie range, it didn't seem like enough food. I was starving constantly. I did really enjoy the workouts though.

I wish I could go a few days like most of you. 1 day and my hair looks greasy. I've tried dry shampoos but haven't found one that seems to work. I can push it 2 days if I'm just going to be hanging around the house, not going anywhere important.

5'5 Currently 148, which is also my highest weight. I'd love to be 120 but that might end up being too low so I'll aim for 130 instead. All my weight is in my thighs & hips.

I eat more than my husband almost every meal. But, I do eat healthier foods than he does. I definately do not usually turn down food. He says he loves me no matter what and that I'm beautiful. When I run, I like to watch my heart rate and not let it get over 170. Anything much over that takes me out of the fat burning zone according to my HRM.

Remind yourself that once you start your workout, you won't be cold anymore!! You'll be too hot and sweaty, you'll wish you were cold still.

I love Nike+! I like that it keeps a scoreboard of my friends on there of how we've all ran. When I go out for a bike ride though I usually use Runkeeper.

When I last filled up my Tahoe on Saturday, I paid $2.87 a gallon in Buffalo. First time I've paid less than $70!! Woohooo!!
