Try doing ARX before the strenght training workouts, I never do ARX if I leave it until the end of the workout.

Try doing ARX at the beginning of your workout instead of at the end, that worked alot better for me.

I don't worry about the sugar that is coming from natural fruits and veggies. I try to look at the sugar in anything processed or baked. I don't know if this is good or bad, but I like fruit and cannot be worried about going over on the sugar because I am eating lots of it :smile:

I think a rest day is a great idea, however it isn't really fair to tell everyone (the whole challenge or an individual team) what day that should be. If my team has a required rest day and I happen have a different rest day base on my schedule I am going to lose 2 days of miles.

I am so glad to hear someone else say that about the map, lol. It makes me crazy to look at it, I have to zoom in to see our boat not on top of another boat and then I cannot see any of the boats in front or behind us!!!!
