That makes sense since the website gives you a built in calorie defict, hence the eating back your exercise calories.... Remember slow, but steady wins the race. I had a loss for this week!!!! Only 1 pound but much better than the gain from last week.... I promise I will post the progress tonight. I was a little frustrated after the other members dropped out but we can do this with the 3 of us. It's all about encouraging each other :flowerforyou:

I say keep them..... you may not get back into your smaller clothes right away and it will be nice not to be stuck wearing maternity clothes AFTER the baby is born. Good luck :smile:

I read an article about this on CNN (?) that basically questions the validity of the research in this study.... I'm not ready to stop paying attention to the sodium in my food.

Don't feel bad I actually gained this week!!!! I think it was all of the after Easter munching!!!! I stayed in my calorie goal, but jelly beans are a weakness of mine and I had lots this week. (I also had a pretty big loss the week before so maybe that wasn't a true number.) Next week will be better :-)

I have KSwiss Tubes (Jillian Michaels' shoes) and they work really well for Zumba.

Chicken with Salsa Cook diced chicken in a pan with olive oil, onions and garlic. Once cooked add a jar of your favorite salsa and frozen corn. I divide it up into containers to freeze for future meals! This can been served over rice or on a salad. Sometimes I add some shredded cheddar cheese on top.

I am doing the P90X workouts now and love them. The other option if you don't want to invest in a workout program (it can be expensive) is to look at the OnDemand channel. Most of the cable providers in my area have a "fitness" channel with 100's of choices.

Day 60. Yesterday I turned to scratch my back and felt..... MUSCLES! :happy: I have always had muscular legs and when I worked with weights is the past I toned my arms but never my back! Wow, I am beyond excited!!!! Just wanted to share. Off to do Core Syn. Have a great night and BRING IT :smile:

The best way is to use a heart rate monitor, otherwise look for "dance" in the database instead of zumba.

I would talk to your doctor. Maybe you can adjust your preventative medication so you don't get to the point of needing a rescue inhaler. Good Luck!

Bump... I'm interested in the answers you get. I am 9 weeks into the P90X workout and last week I started having some major issues with my knees.

Is anyone else getting "bored" with the workouts? I am in week 9 of the Lean Program (Shoulders & Arms today). I love the way I feel and how my body is changing, but I am ready to move onto something new, maybe it's just my ADD acting up, lol
