I am doing my first sprint tri June 8 so I don't want to purport to be an expert but I have found the site beginnertriathlete.com to be an amazing resource! You can create a training plan there. I LOVE their log- I actually switched there from My Daily Mile. Rest up for sure! Just focus on swimming and biking for a while!

I like my Garmin Forerunner 110 but it's best for running. Sometimes calorie count is inconsistent but I cross check it here and on ShapeSense's calculator. It changed my life, no joke.

I'm keeping most of mine that are just a size or two too large for 2 reasons: 1) I feel like I will gain weight back after i have a baby and can't keep up with my workouts because I will be too busy and 2) I hope to get pregnant very soon so I will need some larger clothes!!

I did. My MD said it doesn't sound like a serious fracture at this point and "it's not worth an x-ray or MRI just yet;no exercising for 8 weeks." !!!

True. I really want this to heal. It just sucks feeling lazy when exercise is such a big part of my life!!
