There is an app on the apple App Store called calories burned, Jillian michaels 30 day shred is one of the activities you can choose, you put your weight etc in and it works out your cals burned, it also shows all 3 levels of the workout.

Hi, where are you based? That may give us more of an idea as what to suggest to you.... I generally try to eat what I fancy but within my calorie goals....planning is also a good idea. I have lots of soups & meat & vegetables - and the occasional bad day but then try to get back on track Good luck!

Hi, I generally have 1 day a few days before when nothing satisfies me and I end up eating everything & anything I can get my hands on! Then when it arrives I generally don't feel like eating, when it's gone all returns to normal......until the next time!

Hi, sorry to say that I find metformin a B*+ch! It's a steroid and allegedly stops you feeling so hungry( !) according to my GP. I use it for control of my diabetes, but find it just makes me more hungry....or have more cravings! (Metformin has many uses so your dose will be dependant on why you take it) I think it will…

Hi, probably the old fashioned way of pen & notebook! Although it does depend where you are going most places have free wifi these days.... You could always just record the basics and just tell yourself not to go too mad & enjoy your holiday?

Hi, today is my day one! January is gonna be really hectic and difficult to stick to my goals, but if I don't do it today then the excuses are gonna take hold and it will be mid Feb ( after all the birthdays & holiday) before I get around to it! 2014 will be my year and that 56 lb has got to GO !:happy:
