my goal weight is 160. I was 127 for 10 years and could not gain weight. Now I am 195 and can not lose weight. I can, it is more of a challenge to maintain once it is gone. About two years ago I got to 168, it felt good, but only lasted a year.

Day one done....I've been sick for three days but figured if I do not start now then I might weasel out, Sit ups were very difficult. I didn't push myself but at least got through it
