Rock it girl!!! LOL We've worked so hard, why not!?!?!? I've also come to the conclusion the way I see myself in the mirror isn't always accurate. Sometimes I still see that size 18 and I KNOW I'm not.

Great job girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm with you! I now run (just did my first half marathon Sat) and because of that I have discovered that I LOVE my legs! All my shorts for summer are SHORT! :) No more long, to my knee, shorts!

Holy crap!!!!!!!!!! That is pretty EPIC for sure! WTG!!! I have heard a lot of people say the top of the foot hurts bad but I didn't think it was too bad. The first time he went over it didn't hurt, but when he went back over it again, that was uncomfortable. It literally took 10 min a foot.

Thanks everyone!!!!! The tattoo artist said no sneakers for 3 days :/ I had to cancel my hiking plans for the day but I'm counting down the days to run again lol. It's worth it though, so worth it!

Nope not at all :) I expected it to hurt so much worse then it actually did. I have 6 other tattoos but I always heard feet hurt!!! It wasn't bad though!

OMG LEVEL 2 IS THE WORST LOL I've been doing 30DS for over a year off and on. I'll do 30 days take a break do it again or switch it up and use it twice a week or so. No matter how I do it, Level 2 whoops me!

My arms and legs! I am now the same size I was in high school (10 years ago) but this time at this size, I have toned arms and legs! I love them! Still working on the baby pooch but I am accepting I can only do so much, over time it will get better :)

I started last year with MFP then did 30DS with walking. Around Aug I started running. This entire time I did Shred. Just kept repeating with a week off here and there. Kept that up till Jan when I started my aerobics class at school (for a filler class) then I learned the beauty of cross training. Now I alternate 30DS…

You're doing exactly what I do (1200 calories, running and 30DS). Give 30DS some time. I started it last year when I begun my journey and I use it as a go to quickie about twice a week lol You may just be in a plateau. They are no fun but all you can do is change up your workout a little and patiently (ha yeah right!) wait.

I am currently training for my first half marathon that is in 2 weeks Eeeekkkkkk! I also do 30DS, Yoga Meltdown and since I'm a full time student and needed a filler class, I take aerobics twice a week :)
