  • Good for you for getting started. If you log everything you eat it really helps. Doesn't come off as easy as 10-15 years ago. I have been following the plan pretty well for 9 months and have lost 39lbs. Stick with it you can do it!
  • I try not to eat back most of them but if burn 500-600 calories I might eat 200 or so extra calories.
  • My recomendations are the same as many. Set small goals. Diet is is more important than exercise. Work on increasing your normal activity little things like not using the remote or making an extra trip up the stairs, start doing more around the house these make a big difference. Most important LOG EVERYTHING YOU EAT.
