Good luck to you! This site is wonderful and has been a real eye opener for me and I've learned so much. I have loved every minute of my journey and I don't feel like I've missed out on a thing. It takes your body close to a week to adjust to any changes you make. Don't get discouraged and keep up the hard work. A couple things come to mind. First, only eating 1200 calories a day for the amount of exercise you are expending is not enough to fuel your body. My work is doing the same thing. We started our biggest loser competition back on February 6th. And here I am 45 pounds lighter SO FAR!!
