Hi, can you add me, I am have recently gotten back using MFP, as this is the only way I appear to be accountable to myself, otherwise I excercise and eat, eat, eat and not healthy, but very interested in the support and friendships to stay the course!!!!

If you weight 150 pounds and are wearing size 5 & 6 pants and when your size small and extra small tops are sometimes large for you, might this not suggest that possibly your 150 pounds might be muscle? (I weigh 150 pounds but my clothes size are 10 and 12 ) You might not have any more fat to lose. Your picture looks great.
