Low carbs, high protein with power walking, possibly jogging as well! I have a sweet tooth from hell atleast once a month for a week so I have noticed if i eat an apple when i wake up it really does help throughout the day with my cravings.. Just never let ur blood sugar get too low =0)

Hey thanks for the response! I feel better knowing that a higher incline with speed isn't just challenging for me! I am noticing a differenrce in my legs in just week- they seem stronger as I can go faster at a lower incline that I was able to prior.. =0)
