Sushi or Bread and Butter Pickles. Mmmmmm.

You should consider your attitude. It isn't a weight loss journey. This is about living a healthy and active life. Love grows over time. It should have nothing to do with your weight. Even in your own mind. :)

Thank you for your insight!!

I haven't had a physical in about 6 years for anything other than work related stuff. I usually eat about 1600 - 1700 cals a day. I do not consciously limit my sugar and carbs. As for the water, I probably don't drink as much as I should. I'm lucky if I have 6 glasses a day...

I personally feel that fruits and veggies with sugar is just fine. I would personally forego the yogurt... I mean, it's not like you're eating giant bags of sour patch kids. I somehow keep my sugar low... If It helps you can always double check and rethink the s content before actually eating it... :)

Dance, baby! :P

Unsalted, otherwise I down the entire container. Cashews and pistachios make me drool. Learned I love seeds as well. Mmmmmmm.

Good job! I jogged the length of my street earlier for the first time in years. Bahahaha!

2 hour hikes! So fun! I wish I could hike all day, every day. Not to burn calories, though. Just 'cuz I love it. :)

Eat when you are hungry. Make sure you're getting your vitamins and minerals. If you feel like you need to eat more, then eat more. Figure out what works best for you/how you like to treat your body. Don't get wrapped up in the science. If you feel damn good then you're doing it right!

This.

Just say you're taken.

Thank you for the responses everyone. ... And to those who commented as if I were going to tell him what to do... I said in my post that I planned to keep my mouth shut. What I was looking for were any other possible options that would support him and his health.

That's probably the best idea here. I don't know why I didn't think of that. Hahah!!
-
Actually, I can sadly agree with that big time in many instances, lol!

Oh no! I accidentally declined some hunter guy's request. What the heck!! :( Anyway, thanks so much, you guys! :)

Go speak to a counselor about it. This seems to truly upset you. Talking to a professional will help.

Change your routine. Literally sit somewhere different. Or go for a walk at night to destress, come home and focus on your hygiene or something productive, then just go to bed. It is habit. Break the cycle.

Ignore the people negatively commenting on your relationship with your husband. Everyone has their issues. You're lucky he should be so concerned. If you want your scale, have your scale. If you can live without it, maybe you'll see his point. If an argument ensues, just remind him that you are a grown woman, you see his…

Ok, I'll do that, thank you guys. I hope I get better at engaging them soon! :)

If you saw some of the messes my kids made you wouldn't be saying that.

Giant bags of candy & midnight snacks.

No problem. This is all very new to me & there are many contradictory articles. Try to follow what you think will work for you. Just be healthy & happy. :)

I spent the last hour looking into the low carb thing. Nutritionists have studies that upwards of 78% of low carb dieters can not retain that lifestyle/foods choice. Apparently low carbs have a lot to do with why people binge. Your brain thinks you're being starved of something so makes you go after it. Look up stuff like…

Just stop eating junk & exercise. No need to cut anything but your calories and maybe salts. I just learned that, myself. :P

Very good details. Thank you for explaining so fully! :)
