My Blood Rushes To My Head
When I do cardio. Often it even makes my face tingle. Occasionally I get a very slight headache or lightheadedness. Is this a normal sensation? Is it a sign that I am not breathing well enough? It's becoming a bit of a concern.

Fish VS Other
I love fish. I'm close to the seacoast so it isn't crazy expensive and I can get it fresh... though that costs more. I was wondering if it is more nutritionally beneficial to choose fish over other meats and if so, which ones.
