Whenever I start a healthy eating plan, I lose 5-6 pounds the first week, then I lose 2-3 the second week, then it slows down to 1-2 or less per week.... I find that if I pick lots of low calorie options like baby carrots, grapes, strawberries, things that I can eat more than one of, I feel fuller...I know it's mental, but still....
