Well if you're not going to switch to artificial sweeteners, you just need to stop having whatever it is you have that has sugar. Or if your sugar intake is mainly come from sweetening your teas, try Stevia - as far as I remember, it's a natural no- or low-calorie sweetener.

Nothing wrong with 900 calories. You don't need 2000 calories. I mean if you eat that much, don't even complain about not losing weight because DUH. As for working out, how are you going to tone up if you don't?

Born and bred Marylander until I turned 18 and moved to Colorado. Currently in Maryland right now though as I had to come back to deliver my baby, but I've got my plane ticket back to Colorado <3 April 19 ^-^ But yes technically I am a Marylander
