  • I am 5'6''! At my heaviest I was 162lbs. A lot of extra love around my mid sections and upper thighs. At my healthiest I was 135lbs. My goal weight is around 138lbs. Which makes me a size 6. I would say anywhere in between 130 and 140lbs is a good place (well for me). Great Information here. I was also curous about this :)

  • I was feeling the exact same way! My body type just didn't quite fit into any catergory. I am a spoon for sure. I am working on getting my mid section a bit trimmer... any food tips? work out tips? Did you have to go crazy on the ab/back workouts to trim down you middle section? Thanks! :) It's good know I'm not alone!
  • I thought cheat meals were to avoid a metabolic plateau? Like increase the horomoe leptin - which decreases hunger. When I am on a meal plan I tend to have one cheat day a week. Keeps me sane.
