I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day and have been for the last 11 years. It is a challenge to get the right amount of excercise when doing this. I am a believer in less calories in and also keep an eye on Carbs and more protein and lots of water either way just stay focused on what you are doing and the weight will come off...Oh yes Excercise helps too.
