2 pounds a week is a healthy way to loose weight. Diet alone can not do it you have to add some exercise, even walking to continue. We eat mostly plant based-no oil no fat meat very little (chicken, shrimp or salmon once a week). Just keep tracking and keep at it-shoot for healthy.

Both of my son's (adults- one a marine and one police officer) both like the magazine Men's Health, It has information more toward the healthy aspect according to them. they both work out and run if that helps.
