  • Weights...alright. Why shouldn't i do the same muscle group on consecutive days?
  • I drink alot of milk, i might start eating more peanut butter & nutella because i hear they have high calories. I might also try protein shakes, i hear there is alot on http://www.ebay.co.uk/, which one do you suggest? Also, i exercise atleast an hour a day because i'm trying to build muscle, should i stop? Thanks!
