If you are on facebook and you are UK based there is a facebook page called 'Unofficial Beach-body UK Support Group' and it is brilliant. I started it 3 days ago and joined the page just before and I dont think I could do it without the support of everyone on there. Hope that helps x

I am 5,2" and 250Ibs. I have just started Insanity and im on day 3. Wow it is hard and I am having to modify especially on the push ups. But I am aching all over and have done since day 1 so I am hoping that will wear off soon!! Id say give it a try. If I can anyone can!!
