I try to keep all the binge type food out of my house, I also have a "fat" picture on my phone, its truly awful and every time I think about eating everything and anyhing in site I look at that. Have had to compromise on the meat as the boyfriend is having a paddy lol already been eating the same as me for a week and he is super fit. Will make my own sauce I think and use fat free natural yogurt. Half cheese to keep him happy! Maybe go for a run to make it better ha ha. Thanks everyone great ideas!

i try things like avacado, snack on carrots and home made hummus, its a tough one to get the calorie intake, peanut butter is good.

I only count my processed sugar, so if for example its sugar found in fruit or veg then I dont worry, I am on a processed sugar ban so i only count sugars in milk etc, I figure if its natural sugar i shouldnt stress. I may be compeltely wrong but it works for me and cutting out the processed sugar has made the difference…

I was thinknig the exact same thing this morning, I have great freinds but they are not supportive, in fact quite the oppoiste, I think having a few cheerleaders and being one can be motivating, I have 32lbs to lose and am trying to get back into the swing of it today.
