why is my lb tracker not working?
since the start of my journey i have gone from 192 lbs to 170lbs but my tracker says i have lost 6lbs why is that? i have been recording my weight but it doesnt seem to change the tracker. help please

cant get back into it

coconut
it has come to my attention that I seem to be eating coconut daily and it takes up a fair few of my calories. I am compensating for this by going for a run but really is the fat content in coconut too high etc?
