26LB down only another 16 to go (hopefully)

ok so I know I still have a way to go and want to tone up a little more but really pleased to say that I am 26lb down, and feeling a little bit more confident about my holiday in 4 weeks! changed my profile picture to a body shot, taken about a week ago. any idea on how to work even harder and speed up the process would be appreciated, seemed to be slowing a little bit!

    I'm doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workout. You can find it on you tube. Jillian is amazing and will push you to the max but its sooooo worth it!

    I have tried Jillian but waiting on an op on my ankle at the mo and its to intense for it :(

    Do you have access to a pool? Swimming and pool aerobics are really good ways to workout with an injury.

    I do have access but pool times are weird, deffo going to check out times etc though
