I always eat my full calorie deficit if not more. I just dont eat back exercise calories. I have tried both ways and unfortuantely not eating them back works and eating them doesnt. I ate over both yesterday as we had an indoor bbq so maxed out on meat lol. It may be a lack of protein, apart from yesterday it has been…

I have a friend thats a feeder, my boyfriend as well likes to bring home "treats" he however has stopped after much protestation. My freind came round for dinner the other night and brought chinese, wine and ice cream despite me telling her that I had food in to cook. Its hard and I just ate a really small portion but it…

I cant eat wheat or dairy so restricted in food and also taking stuff to work is a nightmare as we dont have a fridge, I have to take soup every day. add to the morning…

I used to have issues with sleeping, before I would take tablets for a few days to get back into a routine and it was sorted, thing is my partner is still working away and I have a four year old. I dont want to take anything in case I cant wake up in an emergency. I may go to the doctors and see if they can suggest…

it keeps me in check, having the ability to see what I am consuming and energy used is really helpful at seeing why I wasnt losing weight before. works with me!

I try really hard not to weigh myself every day, it can drive me mad where it is up and down all week, I got so obsessive that at one point my partner was hiding the scales till weigh day on sunday. I wouldnt worry it could be anything, water retention etc. try to pick a day to weigh so that you get a more accurate review…

i think its the same. I am going to carry on if he doesnt support me thats his choice. i think men get their cave man on and suddenly get insecure and jeaous boo, maybe partners in general it seems lol. what a pain they are
-
His work is seasonal so he does tend to stress, if there is a bad weather day then he cant work etc. I think i will carry on with waht I am doing, if he agrees then fine but if not ask him to keep his opinions to himself. I seem to be painting a bad picture, as a general rule he is fantastic he just seems to be in a rut…
