oh fish...my other dislike in the food world (along with lettuce). I just don't think I can muster up the willpower to buy the fish at the market...haha but if I do, I'm trying this!

I've been waiting to see if anyone had an answer for you...poo. :grumble: I'm pretty sure the fats you eat are SUPPOSED to be the "good fats"...so going over is going over. I know on days I go over on fats because of an avocado or almonds, I don't feel as bad for going over though!

always the highlight of my day

I'm intrigued...I don't like any leafy veggies (so of course I have none in my diet). Maybe I can work them in this way

You have to take ALL vitamins with food. I have the same problem if I don't eat something. Always take it after breakfast...or at least after a handful of crackers. All multi-vitamins will be this way...as well as minerals and supplements...

Best snack I've found to date: Fuji apple and natural peanut butter. LOTS of fiber in the apple and plenty of protein and good fats in the PB. Keeps me full for a long time! Make breakfast burritos with your tortillas, scrambled egg whites and salsa...or if you have time, grilled veggies. That will defintely keep you full.…

I can never eat all my calories :frown: I don't even come close...

I don't think you have diabetes (foot problems with diabetes are more complicated than your feet going numb during exercise) or artery clogging (which would be your heart that would be having the problem). During exercise you're working your heart and your lungs--"fight or flight" response from your nervous system. You are…

Side stitches...definitely no fun. The best thing I found to prevent them? Drink lots of water before you run. If I'm the least bit dehydrated, I have them like crazy. As for while your running...put pressure where it hurts and it tends to lessen the length of it. Hope that helps!

Mmmm that sounds perfect! Thanks!

Way to stick with it! I had a bad couple of days just because I didn't feel well. It'll all be worth it...and you'll feel fabulous when you get back on track! That's my favorite feeling! Little accomplishments

you just did :)

Did you put in your profile that you were very active? I put in my profile that I'm moderately active...even though I work out every day, I don't consider myself in "top form". My daily calories are 1660. Was this 3000 with exercise calories calculated in? With exercise my daily calories go up to 2500. Maybe just readjust…

Ahh congrats! I was so excited the other day to run a 5k in 30...now I need to keep up with you! lol Keep up the good work!

Sodium and potassium are fickle things. In nursing school, that's the most important thing we learned. Yes, high blood pressure can be controlled with lower sodium intake, but don't go crazy with the potassium. Too much potassium is just as bad for your heart as too much sodium. Balance is key

Are you doing a low-carb diet? This is an unfortunate side effect of many low-carb, high-protein diets like Atkins.
