I feel like im constantly staving to death. I felt like I was constantly hungry (even when I ate whatever i wanted all the time), but now that im watching what im eating I feel like im dying all day long. Its pretty awful, but surprisingly, im getting used to it.

It take me at least 10 minutes of intense exercise to get my heart rate up and another 5 or so to start sweating. If I am doing long distance cardio it takes about twice that long. I dont log workouts (even if they are real ones) unless I break a sweat. I do cheat however and do enough cardio to break a sweat (and more…

Crossfit! I only repeat workouts once or twice a year! (There are other similar programs but I like crossfit)

Yes, eat more and burn more! Both are more fun. I would say that 800+ calories in a work out is a lot of working out, that is running pretty fast for about 1 hour straight. Not the end of the world but not in most people day to day regiment. My recommendation would be to do 300 cals of cardio (20-30 minutes) and then do…
