Katie. Age 22. 4'10"(1/2) CW: 106 GW: 96 I work 5 days a week, also taking college classes. I try to balance out what I eat. Reduce the amount of junk and sugar and carbs I used to eat. I want to look the best I can and live a longer and healthier life. My exercise is mostly walking.

I get this from pretty heavy older people both men and women at work too. I'm a very short person so no matter how much weight I gain or lose I probably look tiny to other people but that doesn't mean I'm health then.
