Day 7 completed! I have found that doing these right after my cardioa makes it easier for me. Maybe it's the heart rate or something, lol. Kept at it!

Day 6 is in the record books. Sit ups are getting harder here also but still pushing through them all at once. Keep warm everyone, we are in the serious negatives in NWPA right now.

Day 5 done. Surprisingly the crunches are toughest for me so far. I think doing them right after the sit ups is the reason. I also find that crossing my arms across my chest instead of behind my head helps with the sit ups. Prevents me from ripping my head off during each one, lol. Sounds like everyone is keeping up so…

I would definitely start at day 1 Hun because the sit ups are tough. Anywho Day 3 is done. Rest tomorrow will consist of cardio and maybe some waits for me.

Today was Ab day at my work gym also, lol. Anywho day two is officially DONE! We are having quite the blizzard here right now so I may have to do these at home tomorrow. I find it easier to do at the gym during my cardio or workout session while the energy is flowing.
