And here I was thinking it was only me, lol. I do 10 squats or lunges every time. Being that I drink a plentiful amount of water during the day at work I end up getting 30-50 done in a shift.

Wii free step with 6" riser at a jogging pace for me. Like doing that while I catch up on my Mob Wives, lol. Keeps me from having to endure hubby and his groans about me actually having the remote, lol. Thinking about how to maintain these abs once we are done. Day 22 done. It is taking longer now, approx. 15 mins for me by my stop watch. But I agree break them up however you have too, even if it takes all day. Do some in the morning, some later, some before bed. It doesn't matter when they are done just that you are doing them. Most trainers will tell you that short bursts of…

We have a trip to Disney in March with our Marching Band so I plan on having to chase the kids around for a week. I will NEED to be in shape and have my stamina in check to keep up with them, lol. :wink:

Lord help me here goes day 17. WHEW! Broke them up. 3 sets of 25, 2 sets of 50, and 3 sets of 14. I never imagined I would welcome the plank but I sure am glad to see it everyday now. We have got this tackled ladies. Break them up as you need. Only 13 more days.

I agree Kathy, we have a great group of motivated ladies here. Maybe we should tackle one of the other challenges next month as a group. Day 15 is done! Had to break up the sit ups and leg raises into 2 sets. Crunches and plank are still good as one set. Enjoy your day ladies!

Got up early to go to the gym. Extreme 30 done along with Day 14 being completed. Going to have to break them into sets now as they are getting to be a bit much, lol. Enjoy your day ladies.

OUCHIE!!, Day 13 done, WHEW! Leg raises are usually the easiest but Holy Mother of Pearl this morning! Still fighting through them without breaking them into sets but I don't think for much longer. Almost half way there ladies, let's do this!

I too am having this issue. Been counting everything and recording it with my exercise and seem to have gained also even though I have a defecit between my calories and exercise. Very frustrating and discouraging.

Day 10 completed. We are 1/3rd of the way there ladies. Everything was a bit harder today due to being sore from the Extreme 30 class from yesterday. Off to rest for the night.

Day 9 is done! Had an Intense 30 class today at the gym and all I can say is "Holy Squats and Lunges Batman!" my legs and booty are going to be sore tomorrow. I don't lock my knees but my feet do cramp up some times during plank. Try concentrating more on using your core instead of your legs maybe that will help with the…
