My new scale is my friend. My old scale was my enemy. My old scale wasn't very accurate. It could be off by 2 lbs on any given day. (Took me awhile to figure that out.) I weigh myself nearly every morning when get up, so it was very frustrating. My new scale is awesome! Totally accurate every day! I like to weigh myself…

I haven't had a problem with Atkins bars or treats. However, I don't eat them religiously. I eat a meal bar in a pinch or am too tired to make breakfast. I eat the treat bars when I need a chocolate fix. It gets spendy to eat them everyday.

Why only one favorite? :-( My favorite snack/treat is a low carb chocolate protein shake or 85% dark chocolate if I can find it. My favorite meal ingredient is La Tortilla Factory high fiber tortillas. I use them for sandwich wraps, quesadillas, personal sized pizzas (awesome!), bake them into crackers, nom nom nom... :-)

Some arts & crafts, gardening, exercise, volunteering, chatting with friends and family, etc. Regardless of how you feel, what you eat…

I agree. Going over on protein isn't bad as long as it's lean animal protein or plant protein. My doctor told me to lose fat eat less carbs (less sugar, more fiber), more healthy protein and good fats. I eat about 80-100g of protein a day. About half is plant protein. I don't worry about losing muscle mass from protein…

Spicy food! Love spicy food. I even like adding tobasco sauce to my scrambled eggs! Over course, these are very short temporary boosts. There's no replacement for interval cardio, weight lifting and water. Buuuut ever bit counts, right?

Doubling up on a sports bra has never worked for me. I keep going back to Champion high impact sport bras. Been wearing them since junior high. I was a cheerleader in school. (Not a pompom shaker.) It was very high impact, so lots of jumping, running, flipping, stretching, weightlifting, tossing & catching of people, etc.…

Hmmm... I've never been much for squash. I'll have to give it try as a noodle sub. Thanks for the idea! :-)
