This an old post but I've started this today and after reading these posts I'm really excited to be doing the couch to 5k. I used yo be a runner back in my day and need to loose over 50 pounds to start getting back to where I'd like to be and see and hearing all the positivity is very motivating.

Im glad to find out im not the only person that notices the odd differences between my right and left side lol. :laugh: Ive tried doing a few extra reps on one side than the other and it never seemed to make a difference.:grumble:
