Me! I'm doing Atkins. It seems to be working amazingly so far in my 3rd official day. I'm down 4 lbs. (Although I admit I tried a different low carb diet from Dec 26 so I had a bit of a head start, it just wasn't as strict as Atkins) But Atkins Induction is serious.
