Only 1????? That is my problem I don't like a lot of fruits and vegetables. I don't like cauliflower or broccoli (unless it is cut up really small).

Thank you for this. It is Tuesday April 15 (TAX DAY!) so when I get home I will do Monday's and Tuesday's exercises. I need to get my butt into gear. I need to lose at least 50 pounds. Everyone have a great day.
