My top pick is Greenwich. The Serpentine running club used to do some hill training out that way. They prob still do. Can't beat the views. Plus Blackheath is right next door. One of my fav places to run in London. Zone 2. Primrose Hill is good too but my Greenwich has more variety and options, IMHO.

Hi! My recs would be Itsu's chicken teriyaki on a bed of rice and Pod's mini red curry. Both have protein and carbs. I find them to be v tasty and pretty satisfying! Thanks for posting this question - I stubble with the same thing. Paula
