I am a mom to a 4 and a 2 year old. After baby #2 I lost almost 60lbs and I managed to keep it off for a while. Over the past year I've slipped and put a bit back on. I'm looking to lose 10-15lbs; I'm just having a hard time staying motivated.

I started a similar program last week. My husband is a marathon runner, so I had him make me up a schedule. My goal, besides losing the baby weight, is to run my first 5k.
