I am in the same place 33 want to start a family Didn't think it was possible to loose the weight but I started a new diet and exercise both intense by my standards from my enderchronologist so far almost16 lbs lost

Way to go. I can relate, got married last year and gained another 25 lbs that I did not need and we are trying to start a family. I too am working on cutting down my intake and walking a half hour on my lunch break has helped alot!

This is great to see so many people who're willing to help keep one another on track. I would love to be part of the group. This is really the first time I have gotten serious about losing weight and it I am completely successful. I would end up losing 100 lbs.
