I usually have my post workout snack before dinner, so I dont need a huge meal, usually consists of protein and veggies

I am not skinny yet but after the weight I have lost so far, I felt so small for the first time at a concert seat, yay! I have always felt like I barely fit in those darn arena seats, it felt so good to fit comfortably :)

So cool! I just got a Garmin 405 and hope to keep better track of my jogging. I'm extremely slow but hope to get faster with time. I am in better shape than i was in high school, so thats a big plus :)

I usually have some trader joes spicy hummus dip with crackers but am thinking maybe celery and the hummus would be a better option, hmmm?

I really can't eat that close to working out. If I was going for a run, the latest I would have had a meal is about 9am, I feel too full to run if I eat so close to a workout. I probably would have gone for the run and had my post workout snack after

I tried jogging at 258 and my knees were killing me, I am trying it again now that I am under 200lbs and dont have the same issue! I'm doing it because i know its great for fat burning

I thought using cooking spray I would save some calories, came to find out its almost the same calories as using regular oil. So went back to regular oil but use only half a tbsp instead of a whole one.

I tried this in my coffee instead of creamer and I had to use so much that it really didn't save me any calories, which is what I was trying to do :-/

cucumber seems to keep me full and doesn't have too many calories :D

I always have my notebook around but if Im out an about, there is also a notebook on phone, write it all down so that I can put it in later

when I have a cheat day, I dont even log those calories anymore, it scares me to see how much I over ate eek!

Oroweat Double fiber bread, I usually have a slice for breakfast :D

If I had a choice I would not eat fruits at all, I eat prunes just to help with digestion, they have way too many carbs! would rather eat something else
