I just hate the thought of getting 100 calories a day from chewing gum *sigh* is there a gum with 0 cals? that would be awesome! lol I may just have to cut down on the gum chewing

It was way too difficult for me to try running at 258 lbs. My knees were killing me! I decided to take some weight off first by using the elliptical, once I got about 60 lbs off then I started to run again, it feels so much better now! I'm 193 and got to 2.66 miles in 35 minutes, hope to improve on that over the summer :D…

I eat cheese all the time! regular and low fat! what concerns me more is the salt in the cheese

I love food! and usually eat them all back! only thing I have trouble with is knowing exactly how many calories my body has burned, sometimes I wonder if Im under or over? I know I heart rate monitor would help!

YES! days I dont go to the gym I am only suppse to eat 25% of what I would eat on a gym day of carbs! with that said, its easier said than done lol I try though :D

I would rather eat healthy, eat the food my body needs and exercise! why add something to your body that it does not need, makes no sense to me.

Exactly! I buy my salmon from Costco and each 7oz piece is 340 calories, there is nothing on it! I only add lemon and come chili powder and i am good to go! :D

I have a Japanese friend who gave me some insight on this, she says they have very little bowls where they put their rice that they will be eating with their meal. This bowl is small and you never overfill the bowl, in other words, portion control :D

I have dark chocolate every day pretty much, I try to keep it at no more than 50 calories a day. I love chocolate, mostly milk chocolate but since my diet started I switched to dark. As long as you keep it to a minimum and dont go over your calories, you should be fine :D
