Cheat days work better for me than cheat meals. With a day of bad food I tend to not want it anymore the next day. If I only have a meal I want more

I think mine is more age than the weight loss, I used to love the cold weather, now I can hardly stand it

sandwich, turkey on white bread with a slice of cheese, protein and carbs :D If I didnt make a sandwich then I have a Balance bar.

not sure? I used to think if only I could lose 30 lbs, I would be so much happier! but I ended up losing much more than that and still feel the need to lose more! when I like what I see in the mirror, I guess

I must say, I am feeling much more satisfied eating at maintenance but will be going back to my 500 deficit in a few days, not sure I have lost anything, we'll see in a few :D

I just bought Maybellines Age Rewind Concealer and give it a big thumbs up! It is really good at staying put! I have a problem with concealers creasing on me and this one didnt! so glad I have found a replacement for my fave MAC concealer! yay!

Isn't too much of anything bad for you? I mean, I could have 130 grams of carbs but that doesnt mean I can have the same amounts of fats. I am thinking one must know their limits for their goals
