I usually have 3-4 servings of 13 almonds in a day. But like proats says, its about how much fat protein and carbs ur allowed in a day because thats what almonds consist of

Find a good instructor and you will love it! If I could do zumba all week I would, but getting good at running is my main goal right now, zumba is my fun day of the week :D

I can't say I really enjoy any kind of workout except for zumba, its just something I have to do! I am trying out a new trail today and hope to enjoy it so that I will enjoy my run more! I want to be able to run 3 miles without stopping :D

I have been having Trader Joes skinny fries but even those can cause some damage if you dont watch your intake. Also, I bought the hold the cone mini ice cream cones from Trader Joes, they are small and one should not have more than one. Portion control is key! :D

If I go over I know others can see, keeps me on track in a way, sometimes I can't help going over those calories though lol
