for me i think realistically losing 25-30 pounds would be a set goal. I would like 40, but not sure if it would happen. I need to get my eating down to a science. i got the workout part down. So i will say 25 pounds to keep it safe.....thats about 6 pounds a month. Challenge SW 243 Challenge GW 218

I have the first set of Zumba DVDs with the toning sticks, and i also have the Zumba 2 for the wii. I also go to Zumba classes, i find the classes works you better. But the in home stuff WORKS IF YOU WORK IT !! just like anything else!! I still use my DVDs and the wii game and go to classes.

**ZUMBA LOVER HERE** I have the DVD set with the toning sticks, and the 2nd Wii Zumba game......I've found a new zumba instructor very close to home and she's excellent!
