Mine: Height:5'3" Weight: 168 lbs Size: 16ish (some stores it's a 14, some it's a 16 and some I don't fit into at all) Measurements: 35 waist, 41 hips Goals: Weight: 139 Size: Whatever Goal mesurements: See above. Basically I want to get down to 139 and then see where I go from there.

I'm another person who had issues with the abstractness of algebra. The way I got around it was to divide my page in two, do the algebra bit in one half and then check it on the other side by putting numbers in place of the letters. It works for algebra and calculus to a certain extent.

From personal experience which may not apply to everyone, I find Topshop and H&M's sizes are on the small side so you might want to try on their size 12s and see if that works.

I've never used that brand but I have resorted to "anything it dissolves in". I normally hide mine in hot chocolate, but I've found solubility varies with brand of hot chocolate.

Sadly no advice for the rest of it, but squats, even body weight squats, do wonders for the posterior.

5ft 3, at the minute I'm about 12 stone 2, and I'm looking to get down to 10 stone (I think that's 140 but I do it all in metric and I'm having to hope the online converters are right.)

I'm not sure if I count as a heavy lifter but my routine has HIIT in it. Mostly because I exercise for an explosive sport so HIIT means I do the damn cardio and it fits in with my goals. I actually enjoy the evil rowing machine, it's just the treadmill and running that I loathe.
