I have a sedentary job and only get to the gym twice a week, so at the moment I've put myself down as sedentary. However, with my new job I'm now walking ~ 2 miles each way (well, 1 mile, sit down for 15 minutes on the Metro, then another mile) so I'm not sure if I should up my activity level to lightly active. Is there a quick way of fixing incorrect nutrition info?
The info for Uncle Ben's Rice Time Sweet and Sour is wrong (by 60+ kcal) but because it's verified I can't fix it. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix it?

Protein Powder and Porridge
I'm trying to find a way of consuming protein powder that doesn't involve a blender, and unfortunately the brand I have will not mix in properly when I shake it. So I was thinking of adding it the instant porridge I have, and I was wondering if anyone else has tried it and whether it worked or not.
