I have a sedentary job and only get to the gym twice a week, so at the moment I've put myself down as sedentary. However, with my new job I'm now walking ~ 2 miles each way (well, 1 mile, sit down for 15 minutes on the Metro, then another mile) so I'm not sure if I should up my activity level to lightly active. On the one hand, I am losing weight (~ 1 kg a month) but on the other hand, I'm very hungry quite often.

Still sedentary.
But add up the exercise you are getting each day and record it. Then eat about 50% of it back.0 -
Up to 3-4 miles a day is still considered sedentary.0

That wasn't an option I'd considered, thank you0
