Fitbit Technical Help

For a friend - Fitbit is refusing to hold charge. Is it fixable or is it likely to be a terminal problem?

Probably terminal ... a more logical approach to the issue would be to contact Fitbit customer service.0

I suspect she's already done that. Occasionally people come up with non-official work arounds that work better than the official advice.0

Fitbit customer service is really great - I've heard stories of them replacing people's Fitbits when they lost them... something that usually just gets blamed on the customer. Depending on how old the device is, I think it's definitely worth it to contact them and see if they can replace it or offer a discount on a new one.0
