im going to go ahead and say my starting weight is what it is today 191.8...its lower than monday's weight and maybe it will give me the motivation i need to make it through a weekend vacation visiting with my family without blowing it totally! looking forward to starting the sept daily challenges tom!

im sorry i didnt check in last night....after my workout i went home, took a shower and ate some peanut butter and went to bed :) i added 3 more miles for the team challenge. it took me 45 mins to get over 3 miles in on the treadmill and let me tell you, 45 mins is harder than it sounds when you choose the hill workout! :)…

the best way to log them is to get a heart rate monitor and create your own exercises with the calories burned based on your heart rate
