I'm almost 5'11" and weigh 168. I'm now awkwardly in between 7/8 and 9/10. At my highest, around 250, I was wearing a 17/18. My goal is to be a 6 so we'll see if another 15 pounds or so will get me there :).

I love nuts :) I got through a weight loss plateau - maybe coincidentally - when I started eating them a lot more. The Emerald dark chocolate almonds that are sweetened with sucralose are amazing low sugar treats.

all of you tall, transformed ladies look wonderful! I'm somewhere between 5'10" and 5'11" and was 250 lbs at my highest and around 205 when I started mfp. I'm at 173 now and trying to get to 150 ultimately :) I'm trying to dig up old pictures but I passionately avoided them when I was really big, so it's tough. can't wait…

Awesome everyone! I'm getting into a new routine that my bf is putting together for us. I'm so excited by just the idea of lifting regularly again :) I'll post what we end up doing. Before, I did a program focused on powerlifting and had built up my squat to 165 and my deadlift to 210.. probably no where near those numbers…
