OMG I think that you are me! But I have 2 kids! I have been 70 lbs overweight for at Keats 13 years, I got the weight off once but put back on 32 lbs, so I am trying to get rid of it this time for good!

LOL I did that the other day with a 10 pound bag of potatoes, I plan on taking a picture with 2 bags once I hit 20lbs lol

Wow that's a bit high. Getting 2 lbs a week is hard, but you can do it, I know I am trying to lose another 12 by the end of May, so im hoping it's attainable, but might be too much to fast, so I'm aiming for 1.5 a week. Good luck ! :bigsmile:

YES! Eat them if you are hungry because if you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode. I typically eat at least half of them, I still end up at the end of the day have a defecit, but yep I eat them!

I have had 2 c-sections 9 yrs apart and my stomach is a train wreck. I am trying to lose the fat as I have been hearing you can't spot reduce.....although I have been considering an at home "do it yourself" tummy tuck LOL. But what I have been seeing on here is just loooooots of cardio

I am a weak one too! But just remember that this isn't about perfection, it's about adapting to a new way of life... A smart one that will benefit you in the end of it all. You can eat what you want, just watch the portion sizes

Oh meeee too. I really should put the scale in an area that is hard to reach or in a place I don't like going like the basement in the dark or put it under some broccoli.....it gets ne upset when I see it go up- ugh I weigh myself everyday. But as long as every Saturday it goes down..... I'm good lol

Don't worry!!!!! It's 2 lbs....feels like a mountain but it is SUCH a molehill. Just get back up and start at it. If you broke one dish you wouldn't throw them all away...count the 2 lbs as your broken dish, dust yourself off and keep going. I haven't been on too long, but I wouldn't want to lose more that 2 a week, that way its manageable and not so hard to stick to. You might also end up losing more than that as a bonus but 2 lbs a week us a good steady goal Good luck!

Just go go go, I felt the same way today about my treadmill, but I went and I see that lovely 425 calorie deficit and feel better! You will too....so go go go!
