I'm new at this so I'm not sure how it works. I'm adding a few of you as friends in hopes of receiving motivation to stay with MFP. I've lost 20 since May 1, 2014 and this is about the time I get frustrated.

My downfall is fast food. I'm not a tea drinker, but I have become one. When I get hungry, I drink a cup of hot tea. It seems to take the hunger away for awhile. I have foods that are quick and easy to prepare.
